Accomodation
Please note that the conference organizers do not manage the accomodation booking. The delegates are invited to book accomodation by themselves. It is recommended to book hotel as soon as possible, in particular because Toulouse will welcome on 23 and 28 September 2 matches of the rugby world cup.

Banquet on 26 September 2023

At 5.15 pm a bus will leave the Mercure Hotel conference room to take the delegates for a private visit at the Aeroscopia Museum. The delegates will discover an exceptional aircraft collection of more than 7000 m², with more than 25 legendary aircraft, climbing aboard the mythical Concorde, exploring the glass-floored Airbus A300B and watching an exciting film aboard the Super Guppy.
After the visit, the delegates will be accompanied to the restaurant La ferme de Pinot for an aperitif and dinner.
At 11 pm a bus will take the delegates back to the Mercure Hotel conference room.
