Presenter's corner

Presenting authors will be invited to fill the author biography form (MsWord or AcrobatPdf) and to send it to the conference secretary Martine Bisauta.

Thirty minutes will be allocated for installation, presentation and questions. Therefore, the typical duration of a presentation is 20-25 minutes. So, an order of magnitude of the number of slides is 15 to 25, depending on their density. There is no template imposed. 

Presentations have to be sent to the conference secretary one week prior the conference.
They will be checked and uploaded on the conference computer (runs Windows, MS-PowerPoint,  AcrobatReader and video viewers).
The presentation slides will be kept confidential and will not be disseminated prior and after the conference.

Please note that it will be formally asked to the delegates to not take photos or videos during the presentations.
